PLACING AN ORDER & PAYMENT PROCESS

To order an item from the website please contact us by telephone or email. When ordering your item(s) please be ready to confirm the title of the item(s) and the reference number. Patine Interiors can only accept payments made by cash, cheque (made payable to Patine Interiors Pte Ltd), telegraphic transfer or PayPal. 

CONDITION OF OBJECTS

All items on this website and in our showroom are provided in “as is” condition. Inarguably, our selection of antiques and artifacts are old and may show traces of use. It is very important to us that we do not greatly alter the appearance of our antiques simply to increase their likelihood of being sold. For example, most experts agree that antique silver should not be cleaned and polished simply for the sake of being put up for sale. The same is true for many other objects. At Patine, we strongly believe that these “footprints of time” add uniqueness and character to our objects, tell their history and enhance their beauty. At the same time, we believe in complete transparency and honesty, and therefore we classify our inventory based on 3 condition levels:

 

 

 

  • 1: “Excellent” - In extremely good condition, considering the antiquity of the object

  • 2: “Patina” -  Aged with visible traces of patina and/or color fade; often this enhances the beauty of an object

  • 3: “Aged” – Small dings or fissures and most of the time typically difficult to see with the naked eye; common for antique objects

 

The pictures and descriptions provided on our website are intended to be as descriptive and comprehensive as possible. In some cases colors may vary slightly. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information or additional pictures on any item of interest. We are here to assist you.

Patine warrants the authenticity of all items listed. This means that any item you buy from us is an original, not a reproduction.

 

 

 

 

If authenticity is ever questioned by a recognized authority, mutually agreed upon by us and the buyer, the buyer may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price. The items in question must be returned, with original invoice receipt and in unaltered condition. This warranty of authenticity is not assignable and applicable only to the original buyer.

We do our best to ensure that all information on our website and social media, including product details and prices, are up-to-date and accurate. Sometimes they may contain inadvertent inaccuracies and typing errors.

 

 

These inaccuracies will be corrected at our discretion as they are found. We are not obliged or responsible for inaccurate content. We reserve the right to correct any errors, including removing an erroneous item from sale or from your order.

In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we can facilitate a return or exchange per the terms outlined below. 

 

 

 

 

Regular priced items may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original invoice receipt and in unaltered condition. Discounted and or sale items are considered “final sale” and are not eligible for return or exchange. Patine reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if these terms are not met.

Due to the nature of the goods sold, we currently do not provide delivery services, therefore personal collection from our gallery is suggested. That will make also for a good reason to come and meet us. Your purchase items will be therefore stored aside in our showroom awaiting your visit. Please do note that our daily incoming new inventory renders our storage space limited. We would appreciate that items purchased could be picked up within a 7 days time frame. Collection schedules should be coordinated prior with our  team as our gallery reamains open by appointment only.
